FaithfulArt exhibition during ART-A-WHIRL® weekend May 18-20

This Pentecost, we can celebrate the season with artists, live music, and ethnic food at the FaithfulArt exhibition during the ART-A-WHIRL® weekend  at St. Clement Catholic Church in Northeast Minneapolis.  St. Clement is one of four Holy Cross campuses in the Northeast Minneapolis Catholic Community.  It offers extraordinary stained glass windows that you can tour during the weekend.

FaithfulArt was founded by Renee Hickman, her husband Jon, and Eric Bjorlin.

St. Clements Catholic Church is located at 901 24th Avenue NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418.

Food:

Chef Lucas — He was chosen as the Minnesota Vikings Hometown Hero.  You may have seen him cooking on The Rachel Ray Show, or on the NBC Nightly News.  There is an inspirational story behind the generous heart of 15 year-old cancer survivor Lucas Hobbs and  Chef Lucas Foods

Saturday, May 19

Noon – 8:00    Official ART-A-WHIRL® hours

11:30 – 3:00   Global walking tacos available from Chef Lucas Foods

1:00-3:00       Joe Macko on accordion outside

Later               Polish food, fried perogies, Polish beer

7:00 – 9:00     Live concert in church above — Nate Reinhardt lead in.  Luke Spehar to follow

8:00 – 10:00   Bonus hours for concert-goers to view and shop for art
